We've hired good people but they don't seem to be good coaches. I thought Herman was the person to hire from the beginning after having a OC with no experience as a head coach last time.

We're more than halfway through year 1 and today it didn't feel like we've made any progress. 

That being said Golesh deserves more than 7 games in my humble opinion. 

But everyone has their line where it's a personal choice that they're not seeing what they need to and today's about as good a straw to break a camels back as any.

No doubt, Golesh deserves 2 to 3 years in my opinion.

However, this beat down against a fellow Florida team after being left behind in conference realignment does put into focus Kelly.

If half way during next season we haven't turned the corner I would be fully on board with firing Kelly. Next year will be 6 years  since Kelly has been our AD, and right now besides the OCS and womens basketball his reign has been beyond poor.

Yep! Going from an OC with no head coaching experience to another OC with no head coaching experience

Chadwell for me. He is 6-0 right now at Liberty.

Either way I would have gone with an experienced, proven coach

Todd O was Herman’s D coordinator at one time. And Todd O was d coordinator at FAU last year. Lots of familarity.

He sucks at hiring coaches and should have been fired when Scott was fired.

Back on the original topic, Bulls fans are good people.  I try to convey to my wife that the last time they were good was like 2017.  This is unbelievable.  We are like Jets fans now or something.  It becomes a dark comedy.  

Anyway, I think I get the anger people are having because I was also in an apathy state but then we got teased out of it.  Then this happens.  It's been a LONG time.
