Just days before the season starts they want us to auto renew tickets for next year.  I'll take my chances and wait until the season is over. If there is 1 win again, as someone in another thread said:

I’m really not sure what all the fuss is about. If you want to wait to renew, just opt out of the auto renewal. For those of us who want to maintain our season tickets it is a fantastic way to spread

It's called a hedge. You will really be kicking yourself when USF goes 13-0 and Alabama gets a rematch in the semifinal of the CFP. Just imagine the cost of tickets for 2024 when that happens! Get ahead of the curve.

Auto renew (and Alabama) caused us to retain our season tickets this season. Will be opting out this time around.

It is an odd strategy and why are they selling it as an advantage for the fans? It only helps ticket sells and kind of is driving me away from renewing.  Shouldn't  the fans be allowed to decide after the season is over if they want to renew their seats?

We're working off the same timeline that we established last year and will likely continue this going forward.

Basketball will likely move to auto renewal this season as well.

Who is making this decision to force people to renew or not before the season is over? I for one would like to wait until  after the season to decide if renewing is worth it. If the product of the team hasn't drastically improved then I don't want to renew.  Whoever came up with this renew so early in the season should be let go. It isn't like Ray Jay is selling out and people are on a waiting list to get usf tickets.
