The Ponderosa should be the OCS nickname. It pays respects to USF history and fits perfectly imo.

USF football when they started had trailers that they named the Ponderosa. Leavitt’s would literally sleep there and work on USF football 24/7. Someone should post some picks of the USF Ponderosa. Hopefully they do something to remember the Ponderosa whenever the OCS happens. USF should never forget how it all started.

Where was the ponderosa ..near the softball stadium now?

Name should definitely be used somehow in stadium.  Maybe that could be name of student section or food court area of stadium.
