Have looked over this chart a few times and don't see any of our conference mates higher than us in average weight percentile.

If Golesh turned around an undersized team to the biggest in the conference with our speed, the sky really could be the limit this year...Trying not to get hype before the games start but its hard.

Looks like its just the 2023 rosters, compared against all rosters since 2014

Looks like we have a much heavier team. I hope this means a lot of QB sacks/hurry-ups/interceptions for the defense, and some time for the QB and big ol’ running lanes (my favorite part).

I think another thing I would like to see is good blocking by our RBs, even if it is just a quick block and release for a safety valve.

Would love to see some TE inclusion in the passing game.

Teams around 10 percentile points or more lighter than us: Temple, Tulsa, SMU, Navy, UTSA, Rice

Golesh's strategy of spreading a team out so they can only add 1-2 guys to the box, then running down their throats unless they leave all the wide outs one on one could do wonders in these games

Hard to tell with all those logos in the middle, but looks like were the 4th tallest as well.

Crazy were heavier than Georgia now...

I'm fine with where we are here. We shouldn't be laggards which were now

Where are they getting their data? The weights aren't updated on the team websites.

Watching some of the summer camp pressers, some of these dudes definitely pass the eye test. Looks like we have some size that we haven't seen in quite a while.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
