Therapy still every day. Stopped at the center because myself and wife doing the same thing at home and improving. Only 60 visits paid by insurance.

will go back when I plateau or need help with the arm.

my leg is getting stronger and am walking better with semi-walker. Hope to move to a cane soon, but still have trouble with balance.

Stay with it.

Took some time off of therapy at the clinic because they advised I could do at home. “Walking “ every day and moved to a quad cane from a semi walker. It strengthened my muscles, but doing extra for my core to keep balance. Working on leg press and extensions. My friend has been a big help. He has worked with the professional teams in their rehabs. Huge help!

Working on my steps. Hopefully the extra muscle training helps me lift/march.

Can not lift my knee - YET!

Way to go. It's a long road but, as we lived in 2023, one day/one step at a time.
