Appreciate! thank ALL FOR the well wishes All will try to follow better now. I had a stroke and was on ventilator for about a week Pyralisis on left side- reason my typing is bad. After a week they put in a traech and should be arranged to slowly change to normal  rehab is going great

Many of the reps are in my mind, but working it and wasn't long that I couldn’t move the left at all.

Almost a full curl with the left hand . . . Not quite to the point of 3 Sets of 8 Reps.
