Publix stadium where we serve pub subs, publix friend chicken, sweet tea, and Yuengling beer. There are a few left. It is weird Harveys bought some Winn Dixies but not all of them. South Eastern Grocers owns Harvey’s and Winn Dixie! There are over 500 Winn Dixie stores. Edited May 30, 2023 by CycleBull

We have one up here in WC just a couple miles from the house. Do most of our shopping there except, dare I say it, when we want a sub or need good baked goods. Winn Dixie's meats are better than Publix IMO. But hit up Costco for prime beef most of the time.

I mostly shop at Aldi and get my meats at the meat market. I save alot of money at Aldi and they don't use dyes in their foods .

One of the drawing cards to my Hickory NC home was that they had a brand new Publix opened nearby. I love it and save money because (i) I tend to only shop BOGOs, (ii) I get their $10 off gas cards, (iii) they accept competitor's coupons, and (iv) they give us old codgers a 5% discount off of total purchase. The rest we do with Sam's, online specials and a free WalMart+ subscription on my credit card. And if I want to otherwise go low-low, up here we also have Lowes grocery which is next door to a Lowes home improvement.
