I think we will known about CAG early if he was a good hire. I think Scott to his credit built some pretty good talent on both sides and especially on offense and a good coach will get football back on track pretty quick. A long history of a losing culture. I believe that is the reason coaches shy away from wanting the job lol

I have no idea how to gauge these dumpster fires under Ad Mk until they play a few games. I think we can't get worse bur Scott made Strong look like a greag coach. This 2 hires are like playing a dice game we don’t know what we’re going to get.

I wasn't overly excited about the hire at first, but he is winning me over. He has down to earth, no nonsense approach built on hard work, grit, and determination. I see him working his butt off until USF wins. Jeff Scott was all sunshine, platitudes, and slogans and that got us nowhere. Golesh is not like that. He just looks like a non nonsense hard worker. He seems to be saying all the right things, he's very direct, doesn't BS and throw a bunch of empty coach speak around. In 4 months, we may be able to say the same about CAAR. We'll see. But I will let you know. I’ll have a good idea about football in September, and I’ll know more about hoops in December.

Too soon to make an assessment. Talk to me in April 2024 and compare first seasons and maybe I'll have a better intuition.
