I agree. Just one or two recruits and you can win right away. I am hoping he can bring Youngblood ( Kennesaw's best player) with him. He could be a Tyler Harris type player for us.

Both hires are similar in that they have varied experience at the assistant level.  I voted for Coach AAR because

  1. He already has 4 years of head coach experience
  2. Due to the smaller squad, he will have more direct control
  3. In basketball, one player can make a huge difference (this is assuming he can attract new talent)
  4. With the conference tournaments, a team can gel over a season, got hot in the conference tournament and make a run

It is however very possible that both CAG and CAAR will have identical win totals in the 2023-2024 seasons
