I voted for Coach AAR because He already has 4 years of head coach experience Due to the smaller squad, he will have more direct control In basketball, one player can make a huge difference (this is assuming he can attract new talent) With the conference tournaments, a team can gel over a season, got hot in the conference tournament and make a run It is however very possible that both CAG and CAAR will have identical win totals in the 2023-2024 seasons 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
