Sell out for 3-5 years in a row = expansion. USF athletics should have a "wait list" for season tickets come time for new stadium to give them a good idea with overall demand.

Yes, tickets sold are an important metric.  That is where you get the capacity for a new OCS.  They are not going to build a stadium based on the numbers of people who actually show up.  It is based upon the number of tickets expected to be sold.  I'm no expert but I can't see how it could be any other way.

As soon as (if) we are in a conference with opponents that people want to watch, our stadium will be (way) too small.
