NIL Florida law repeal?

Did I just read that FL is looking to eliminate the restrictive law on the books which would allow schools, coaches or support organizations to pay the players. Time will tell but I'd bet it happens.

The FL House passed the new version of NIL 113-0... so it's off to the FL Senate.

I may be wrong but I believe it is to allow schools to have more of a hand in NIL. 

It's critical for NIL to work. 

Otherwise you have unaffiliated NIL people and boosters deciding where to allocate dollars that could be totally misaligned with the way coaches/athletic views the roster.

Smazza who do we sue to level the playing field? This doesn't seem to be equal or equitable to the rest of fbs football. The elite programs and top of power conference food chains have unlimited funds at their disposal to buy  and recruit players.

Yeah, the little guys always get screwed, and not in a good way.  I am also indignant that I'm not 6'9", ripped and able to jump out of the building so it was highly discriminatory in achieving my hoops dreams.  I'm thinking I should sue everyone from my parents to my high school coaches.
