To be clear, approximately 40% of the coaching staff at UT was non-white males. So the potential concern I’m raising didn’t exist at UT. Furthermore, it is a better school from a football perspective.

You're plenty clear. We're hiring 3 black coaches, making us 33% black. But, since they aren't officially coaches, you're mad today and we should be, too. Also, if we were better at football, diversity doesn't matter.

Also, saying black kids only want to go to better schools "from a football perspective" is pretty racist.

You said that not me. I honestly find it a pretty silly thing to say since many of our students are black and we are pretty bad at football. If I remember correctly we were 3 away from being the worst in FBS.
