A waste of time and energy. Then why are you here posting on page 9?

This is his first head coaching job and he has been largely in the shadows. I’m concerned if he doesn’t show up to some of these parents houses with a diverse coaching staff he is going to run into issues. 7 minutes ago, Bull Nut said: https://247sports.com/Coach/Alex-Golesh-1157/AllTimeRecruits/ But... he's only been in shadows. Furthermore, it is a better school from a football perspective.

But, since they aren't officially coaches, you're mad today and we should be, too. Also, if we were better at football, diversity doesn't matter. Also, saying black kids only want to go to better schools "from a football perspective" is pretty racist. I honestly find it a pretty silly thing to say since many of our students are black and we are pretty bad at football. If I remember correctly we were 3 away from being the worst in FBS. What is the percent of black coaches that would work for you?

Parents of potential players. Players. White people who actually care about diversity and inclusion. I guess evaluation of qualifications and past successes are not high on your selection criteria list.

Of course it is. What are you suggesting? Feels like you are suggesting that this group represents the best of the best and making it more diverse would lower its quality.
