I'm not sure what your point is, but our schedules went down in strength when we dropped from the Big East to the aac.  Nothing new here

If we expect 2 wins then I am not sure why anyone even bothers to follow this team.  We have been awful but a turnaround is not a 3-4 year process like the last guy led you to believe.  How was Tulane

he had no sense of urgency.

gave himself a pass on year one due to covid. cost us a few wins in year 2 with his panicked finishes and used the injury excuse early for year 3 when Mangham went out. Even said as much after missing Mangham in the UF game. Funny thing is Battie was always better than Mangham.

Most coaches will say next man up. Scott said we have so many injuries.....It's a different mindset. One coach believes in the players he has to work with. the other clearly does not.

Our backup RB had over 1,000 yards and our 3rd string QB is pretty darn good. Not to mention all the teams lined up to take Horn off our hands.

Battie and Brown are both high school recruits. So were Horn, McClain and Weaver.

There was always a reason for why he couldn't win NOW.

Good coaches adapt and find ways to win. He found nothing but reasons why we couldn't expect them to win right from the start.

Just saying that we've had some bad luck/timing in the past with having difficult schedules compared to other teams that ended up winning the conference. That is all. The last 3 years have been an abomination.

For example, CF didn't even have to play Houston at all in 2018 and we had to go on the road to play them. I wouldn't read into it too much, i was just making an observation-not an excuse- that even when we have a really good team, we've never had an easy path like next year.

I haven't studied the schedule, but I'm just looking forward to 

  • Having a chance to win in all games but Alabama
  • Demonstrating improvement week to week
  • Not giving up 40+ points per game
  • Talking about bowl eligibility again
  • Seeing the difference CAG brings to our offense

12 - 0 until we are not baby!!! lol I'm trying to make a better effort to let the negative nancies be unless they get obnoxious or too da*m whiney like ya boy Freak. If people want to wallow in misery and low expectation then so be it.  A handful of people went back & 4th with me when I said Byrum Brown is the truth and I will just wait for them to be wrong b4 I give them this gif -
