Do the VIP boards even have intel at this point? From the way people talk on twitter it sounds like even there its all still just speculation.

If he's still just throwing names on that he thinks is a good foot I'm thinking there is no real smoke to any candidate, otherwise the board would be narrowing down.

I know Charlotte just hired a coach and had no leaks until it was announced and it was a candidate nobody really speculated. Thinking a similar thing may happen for us where we don't have any idea who it is until he's hired

I don't think we heard Scott's name until it was announced . . . did anyone speculate his name early?
