Think our only chance is a game like the Houston one last year. Whether we get those touchdowns from special teams or defense we need something to help us keep pace in a shoot out

Need to be +3 in turnovers and at least 1 ST/D touchdowns to have a realistic shot.

And have to make Richardson and the offense drive the field and not big chunk plays. Richardson killed us last year with those big plays.

Stack the box and make him beat us in the air.

Richardson was 3 for 3 and 152 yards with 2 passing TDs last year. Not shabby.
Jacob Copeland caught both TDS and he's at Maryland now. So maybe that helps.

However they approach it the defense has to make tackles. They can't keep letting 2 yard gains turn into 8 yard gains. It's been an ongoing problem for several years so not sure if they can fix it this weekend.

I like this idea if the coverage  can hold and tackle them when they make the catch. I dont want to see what we saw against byu and howard when multiple players  are missing  tackles. Let's hope them worked on tackling drills this week.

I am not sure our secondary improved either... ar15 had a rough game and will be hungry to use usf as a rebound. Time for the players to get after them and scott/shoop come up with a gameplan like Kentucky had.

Even with a stacked box they will still be able to run on us, only chance we have is if they let us play with more players on the field.
