Last night the Bills beat the Rams who are the defending SuperBowl Champs 31-10. Are the Rams going to be terrible this season or are the Bills great?? I know I’m reaching and comparing apples to oranges, but I’m hoping USF shows better this season than they did against BYU. Time will tell in a month imo. Go Bulls!

Sadly, cue the Negative Nellies in 3...2...1...

I agree, BA, that one game does not make the season and the goal has always been to win a championship.  I think this early slate of tough matchups hopefully prepare us for the AAC season.  Love your perspective!

The Bills have been predicted to win the super bowl, so I think many believe that they're a great team.

I had this same viewpoint in previous years. I thought for sure it would toughen up the defense heading into conference play. Well...

Beat Howard by 60 and then I'll feel 10 percent better than I did at halftime of the BYU game. And I'd like to see them do it by getting the passing game in sync instead of just running the ball 40 times.

It is definitely apples to oranges and you are reaching, but truth is that if the team turns it around later this season then no one cares about the BYU game

That would take all the fun out of wallowing in misery and cracking on the coaches. Of course, we do have more than a couple who can do that just as well looking forward ....
