2019 USF beat South Carolina State 55 to 16 in Strong's last season.

The line didn't move all week, so clearly there are enough taking point on both sides.

Also a big difference is McNeese was Willie’s first game I believe as a USF coach with a new system. Scott is 22 games in or so as the USF coach. A loss now would look even worse in my opinion.

I think I might take Howard to cover. While I am glad we scored 21 on BYU, I am not ready to say we will be beating teams over 35 points, though I think we definitely have the potential to do so.

Agreed. Even though the MSU loss was an historical blowout by an FCS team over an FBS and we're dealing with new "systems", losing to Howard would still be worse .....

Yes this would be way worse than a Willie.  If Clemson was uttered afterwards I would expect the press to throw tomatoes.

Mcneese was actually a good program then...Howard is near the bottom of FCS.

A loss and Scott has to be fired on the spot.  

I don't see that happening, scoring less than 42 points be disappointing tonight. 

Defense is the key gotta look much better and dominate vs this team.

Yeah, don't let him go into the locker room after the game.  Fire him on the field, and make him take an Uber back to campus to get his car.

In all seriousness I wonder if MK really would pull the trigger on Scott and fire him should USF lose tonight. After all that is his hire and he just extended him in January. Hopefully we don’t have to find out.
