New stadium is going to be across the street from the Greek Village. I just can’t see some recruitment event going on at the same time the first game is happening right across the street at the new stadium come opening weekend 2026 😳

That would be quite silly.  That's going to be a hot ticket.

Will the Greeks allow them to come to the game?

5,000 students would lead to a great atmosphere. We have enough students we shouldn't need any one subset to get there.

Hoping we get 30-35k to show up. It’s a big game

I wonder If this can be resolved by 2026. Can you imagine Greeks unable to be at the historical event that will be the first USF home football game at the brand new stadium?

Haven't, as far as I know, even attempted to resolve since USF football began.

I think the new Prez could be instrumental in this ...

Guessing that would be our only hope. Although there should be plenty of students without them.

Actual attendance is dead to me ...

And yet here we are in CUSA2. You know who it is not dead for? Those who make mental impressions while watching the game on tv and wondering if USF is a good fit for their conference.

Many on this board say that because we actually suck ass in putting people in seats. It’s pretty embarrassing at times. Hopefully a smaller stadium on campus alleviates that problem.

Oh please, conference expansion decisions aren't made on "mental impressions" ..... and if they are every correspondence we send out to prospective conferences should have pics of RayJay when we were at that level. Actual attendance is just ******** to be tossed about on message boards.

Next time you're down here for game, day game especially, check out the amount of people in the Club area .... at the game but not a butt in a seat for tv.

A smaller stadium will definitely alleviate that, for good or bad. The good, I'm assuming less people will have access to a Club like area so there will be no place for them to go so will have to stay in their seats. The bad, they won't buy tix because of that .....
