We need to recruit heavy on the oline in the portal and at the high school levels. To be honest after this year we have a lot of holes on the defense too. We need to recruit heavy everywhere including the win department.

I'm sure timmy will do great wherever he goes. I said this in another topic and i'll say it again, transferring doesnt fix your problems as a QB. transfer to a new school, enter a new QB battle at step 1, encounter inevitable imperfections like every school has - may not be the same problems you had before, but new ones you have to deal with whether it be culture, coaching staff, facilities, whatever. wish he would have stuck it out. BJ daniels sat in second place and stepped up when his number was called. these things happen.

that being said, this upcoming season I hope to see some more big time transfer landings from successful programs. getting veterans on the team is really valuable, and I think alot of transfers may see value in this new and improved culture at USF - as well as the opportunity to start if you bring experience

And as far as I know, he hasn't made a public statement regarding his transfer.
