That's what I was going to say.  I bought one form the team not too long ago.  Otherwise they also appear occasionally on ebay.

Google search comes up with several options but none look like that version or in white. If they did that fund raiser again I'd definitely get one, if not more ....

I think the USF Hockey Club sold some for a limited time preorder a few years ago.  Your best bet would be to contact them, but I dont think they sell them continuously.
