A few that I can think of:

1) Improvement of game management from Scott

2) If Timmy is the QB (assuming he retains the role as the starter) - better footwork and situational awareness.

I think they need a dedicated QB Coach with experience at the position.  McClain’s mistakes in throwing and setting his feet reminds me a lot of BJ Daniels.

This kid will be so much more accurate if he takes a second to set his feet and not throw off his back foot.

I may sound like a broken record, but the offensive line has been "offensive" all season.  This reeks of poor coaching.  Get that line solid and the QB will not have to scramble for his life on every play.   We are lucky McClain did not get seriously injured this season.

Need “depth” at QB

We came into this year feeling better about that position than prior years.

True but after a year it is apparent we need “quality” depth.

Again, that was being talked about (quality) at the beginning of the year.

Maybe but that narrative stopped once Timmy became starter. He really needs to be pushed or he may not get better.

Weiss Jr. got exposed a bit this year without Kiffen.... CJS needs to have final say or needs a OC that doesn't need someone overlooking the calls

Yeah, I am starting to cool a bit on Weiss, hopefully CJS knows his future is determined by creating TDs. Is Weiss the guy? Not sure.

Agreed.  Jacobs, Harris, Cecil, etc.  Nice guys but they are FCS caliber players in my opinion.
