I didn’t mind them. I actually think it cool to wear throwbacks (even just the helmet) and go back to the retro RoboGoat logo for at least one game a year.

For being the 25th anniversary homecoming I found the entire game day experience to be lackluster. Including the uniforms. What happened to the acknowledgement of Q after the 1st quarter? I've seen so many interviews this year with former players during the game but none last night.

I thought I remember seeing a whole Q highlight reel but it might not have been Q centric.

Nope. It was supposed to be at the end of the 1st quarter but they instead recognized Lee Roy Selmon's family with a shot on the jumbotron & a verbal tribute by the announcer. Which was the nicest moment of the night. I have no idea why Q wasn't recognized. Maybe he no-showed?

I thought helmets were awesome. Uniforms looked good. I would think they would have done the original helmet at some point this season though. Why not? I'm all about simple and old scool but i think of team does a great job with uniforms. The reddit folks agree.
