He is better at what he does than anyone else on the team at what they do.  He is the kind of kicker you want when your team is actually good.

That 52 yarder would have been good from 60. He could be in the NFL one day

Believe this was the second time we've done this. Prior was about 10 years ago against Charleston Southern.

You are right on Schrader he is an asset to this team nice to have a good place kicker again. Rest of team=harsh. Of course everybody feels what they feel but, I think several aspects of our game have improved. I see marked improvement in our players which is starting to show on the field. If...85% of the game plan, execution and individual play all comes together, I believe we will see some W's coming our way.

If things progress well from here, Chris Carter should be the Special Teams MVP, if not just plain old MVP, for the season ...

What an improvement special teams have been from the Chuckles era.  You can definitely tell the difference between having a full time dedicated special teams coach vs having a TE coach moonlighting as a special teams coach.
