The SEC is positioning to ensure multiple teams make it. This comment is silly. They should absolutely do everything they can to get to the SEC

I predict FSU will become like South Carolina in the SEC.

I predict SC would be better in the SEC then FSU and Clemson.  They are used to it. After a year or two they would probably be about the same. The new SEC +FSU/Clemson would be a gauntlet. I am just not sure if the SEc really needs Fsu or Clemson.

If the NFL is willing to play ball after all this time it means they are starting to get nervous. The NCAA should try to undercut the NFL and keep kids in their prime athletic years in college and start paying them. They have more dedicated fan bases in college and they should use this advantage over the NFL.

Imagine if kids coming out of college were between 25-28 instead of 22? The NFL would basically become the senior tour. They would have to eventually develop their own minor league system that would compete with CFB driving up costs and potentially cutting their ad deals if they start to decline because of age of players\loss of viewership.

Hadn't thought of that.  Pretty good insight as far as the age thing goes.  They'll never let that happen.

NFL needs to set up funds for fans to contribute to player salaries. I could see a lot of hardcore fans who don’t buy tickets but watch in TV throwing a few extra dollars at it for some cheap bobble head in return.

I guess this would clash with the salary cap though.

College has no cap.

NIL is proving fans are willing to contribute to pay players.

If college football threatened the NFL the NFL could allow players straight out of high school to be drafted and setup a minor league feeder system for kids not ready for the NFL. They could also schedule games running against college games on tv. It’d be tough to compete.

We're above Rice and Tulane at least.

This data also includes the 3 years under Jeff Scott.

And we’re right at the heels of GaTech, Pitt, and Rutgers.

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
