I will go with USF, UCF, Houston, Cincy..  They will help also bring light to NCAA soccer as the Big 12 is a joke in soccer these days.

or USF, UCF, BYU, Cincy.  New markets and BYU is the only outlier

I don't think we actually need UCF at all.  They had a couple of good seasons but we're in a better area, larger media market, better school, better attendance, more fertile recruiting ground, larger home stayed alumni base, we generate more money... But for some reason I think they want to go to four.  I said that from the start.  I mean Cincy makes a little sense for WV as a travel companion... but you could also say that USF and UCF are close enough to fill that and gives them a larger market share as far as media.  But I think USF will get in.  I've always thought that and always have said it will likely be after October.  I know l people love to look at the ADs... but they are not making this decision... presidents are.  Academics matter... ask Memphis.

Thank you. If it helps our case to bring along UCF.. then by all means.

However, we don't need them to make it to the P5. We didn't need them before. What did us in, was our inability to win the conference and unwise AD Admin decisions.

I'm with this. I don't want to be with UCF at all.  We were just fine without being in the same conference when we were in the Big East. Oh, and the year we played them that they won CUsa, didn't we have our way with them?

The war on I4 is a good rivalry, I'll admit even if it's just for the name alone, but I'd love to branch away from them.

I agree. They don't need to be in the same conference with us. We can still schedule them as an OOC game (like Navy - Army).

whatever it takes, to get into the Big 12, too much incoming  $$$ to ignore, even if we get a discounted amount

Whore is such a dirty word. We here at USF prefer, "Escort". :GoBulls:

When it comes to BYU I think there are other considerations.  Their honor code is a religious thing and if that school president lifts it for a conference, he'd be a Jack Mormon and they'd reinstate it.  That's not negotiable for them.

In that fakeass scorecard, WV gave us 9 out of 10 points.  If not for them we would look way worse in that fictional evaluation
