Apple TV for 15-20 mil, keep Auto Playoff and there is no iron clad GoR’s, this maybe a great landing spot for us while we turn thing around.

I refuse to believe we could get this lucky.

So it looks like USF in PAC/AAC merger for a few seasons before FSU finds a way out of ACC. And then ACC will probably invite USF as long as the winning starts soon imo

Remember, the new-look PAC/AAC will probably have a grant of rights provision. How committed will the PAC schools be to the rebuilt conference? B1G or ACC might have a change of heart down the road. We definitely don't want to be stuck in a rebuilt PAC if/when the ACC comes calling...

According to Sportskeeda, it looks like it’s at $15 mil now. The GoR is what would be lucky to get with a loophole  IMG_2145.png.223c5cba52699277215f2db98f62e698.png

That just doesn’t seem believable to me, at least the part about POSSIBLY creating leverage to dissolve. What, you just invite 4 and nobody else, and sit back and wait?

Could the schools want out, just leave and pay an exit fee? Seems like if they lost 8 schools, the AAC would be done anyways.

I'm not sure I believe the figure, but if it is in fact $15 million per year and we can get in without a GoR or at least one that is less punitive than others, this is a no-brainer. Because I am a USF fan, I am hoping for the best and expecting the worst.

For sure, I can see this being a real number, just based on Apple wanting CFB, they are a subscription (don’t have to worry about cord cutters, haha) and they poured stupid money into MLS. Like you, I am hoping for the best and this would be great.

Of course he doesn't name the schools (I'll let you deduce why) but if true (big if) I'd say they're the AAU schools in big cities and SMU: USF, Rice, Tulane, and SMU. Not sure how this could create leverage to get the AAC to vote to dissolve - I'd imagine that would require a 75% vote.

If Stanford is driving the PAC4 bus, and desire big cities and AAU, are they cool with Oregon State and Washington State just for old times sake? They should want to keep OSU/Wazzu, but I have no idea of the level of superiority they (Stanford) they feel and if they would only want AAU or just AAU moving forward.

Does this mean Aresco gets a gold watch?
