All 3 of them …..

Where we play has had little, if any, effect on why we are where we are at this point. It’ll be nice to get one now, though.

Probably not directly, but I believe the lack of investment in the program has

UCF built the stadium in about 21 months from BOT approval to opening day, without the "design phase" process USF is starting in officially March... UCF stadium construction took 16 months while USF has said 24 or more months.

Maybe it's the water fountains that are slowing things down.😁

As long as it is a big improvement over central state's stadium, the wait should be worth it.

It came over a decade ago.  Glad we’re moving in that direction.

Do think the IPF should have been a priority or pitched harder way back when but the biggest reason, IMO, we missed the last realignment, the only one we’ve had a legit shot at, was coaching misses. Specifically, and hate to say it, Skip ….. for whatever reason. He was a perfect choice at that time and has/had been successful everywhere else.

All because the City of Orlando didn't want to renovate the Citrus Bowl or share revenue...  UCF built the stadium in about 21 months from BOT approval to opening day, without the "design phase" process USF is starting in officially March... I don't profess to know anything about the timing, but the first part is true and a major factor in UCF's move.  Ironically, the City came under pressure from bowl and tourism folks and ultimately did stadium renovation.  Now the Guardians will be able to pack 'em in to the Camping World....

Orlando is a huge tourist town, I mean that’s what makes Vegas so appealing for all this sports expansion. NHL, NFL, and now UNLV is being mentioned as a potential expansion candidate for bigger conferences?

Seems to have worked out for UCF.

Ours will take longer to built because it will be much nicer than UCF's😊
