Regardless, the Big12 might have just screwed themselves by going public.

On the other hand Disney probably has better lawyers and more power than any conference. If they want some Big 12 schools to join the AAC that's gotta be a good sign for us.

This would be the best thing to happen for some of them to come over.

This is a key indicator to me that the Big 12 is dead. There is no way that any business partner will touch them at this point. I wanted the Big East/USF to sue ESPN over their involvement in bringing about the end of the conference, but it wasn't feasible or likely. I wish the Big 12 luck. Will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
