USF needs to look towards the Big East if they want to become power five. Conference USA isn't going to last forever.

Dennis Dodd has generally been favorable to UCF with respect to the Big XII. Does this change things?

Boise State's academics are so bad they would never be considerd for PAC12 unless Stanford, UCLA, and USC were not in the conf any longer.
