That's pretty much all it is.  The fact is, it's really not JK's job to be a cheerleader for the USF program.  He's really just doing what he was hired to do.

Whether or not he's doing it well, I think most of us would be in agreement on that judgment.  Clearly, his bosses disagree as evidenced by his continued employment at TBT.

I wouldn't take anyone's continued employment anywhere as approval as much as it's more trouble to get rid of someone than just leave them there.
