Any comment about your  university's piss poor academics? Why would the Big 12 want a school that has no ranking? Please don't tell me academics don't matter as college presidents (and other stakeholders) will care.

So big east was less profitable than where ever Memphis was...? The AAC is more profitable then the Big East was?

You aren't making any sense. Memphis' conference affiliation has no bearing on FedEx. Also, if Mr FedEx loves Memphis so much why is his support dependent on conference affiliation?

FedEx is about making a profit. After all those teams left it wasn't profitable. Fred Smith is a businessman first and Memphis fan second. The American wouldn't be good business for FedEx plus once the Big East name was sold that deal was definitely off the table.

That is not my point.  My point is that when the Big East was still real and still big, Memphis pulled the "Fedex" card and wanted in.  The Big East passed over Memphis and took other schools.

I'm not using Fedex for any of our business shipping any longer.  UPS and DHL will be our new companies moving forward. :angrymob: unless we get into the B12 too, then back to normal. :LoveFest:

You've made your point and your bets already.  Either post some new info or move on to another board to annoy people
