It’s ok…but not exactly great. The ones we want to catch (UCF, cincy, and Memphis) are still ahead of us.  For 2021 we are #5 and #4 (Rivals and 24/7). We are #8 and #11 for 2022.

No. I’m talking about 2022. Usually by this time we have a few more HS commits. It looks like we have 3

It's going to be a smaller class, in terms of scholarship kids brought in. I believe Scott and crew are being very judicious with the schollies offered this class.


Due to small class number, I don't expect to catch Cincy, UCF, or Memphis because of how the rankings favor class number over per-recruit average.

Yeah 2022 is looking like crap but it is a small class. They go harder with the portal next year as well. We already have two more HS QBs coming in. Most importantly, Scott is already recruiting for 2023 which is going extremely well and will be a substantial class. Of course we need to start winning some friggin games this year so he has a growth message to give to recruits.

I was talking to El Toro this morning. Since I’ve moved to Auburn I noticed that they treat their high school fb players like gods. There is a 4 star offensive lineman at Auburn High that put out his list. All power 5 plus UCF! There is more ink on UCF a because of Gus and he knows where to mine for players. Coach better start recruiting AL or we will be looking up at UCF for the foreseeable future.

I know he has ties to South Carolina but buddy better start looking hard at AL cause those two states are not the same pool of kids.
