Every new strength and conditioning coach gets us major gains every off season, maybe one day it will show on the field

The warmer weather has me thinking about sports again, and I’m off the night shift at work.  I had been lurking but forgot my password, finally reset it.

Maybe our new strategy will be to not have one in that case ....
