this is so true

We need to put some muscle on these boys and turn them into men. We have been getting pushed around in the trenches for a long time.

Pat Moorer, the predecessor to the departing S&C coach is now with the Houston Texans. He didn't get results here, but is somehow good enough for the NFL?

He got good results elsewhere 🤷🏿

There are these tank top-wearing guys at my gym who walk around trying to show pretty girls and younger or inexperienced members how to properly do curls, squats, amongst other lifts. They also talk a lot about their diet and supplements they should be taking. They seem very knowledgeable. I'm sure they'd be willing to show the players how they can get strong and muscular like them.

I think there's a difference between this ↑ and football strength and conditioning. I assume the S&C coach would also work on speed and agility, but I'm not sure.

Possibly a combat experienced Navy Seal ??? or, Marine??  Work the big men until their muscles bulge, ache, burn and they cry for their Momma... or, just find a good strength coach who gets results.

Just because he is a Bull does not mean we should bring him in. He cashed in on the tragedy...sold the movie rights...living on an Island somewhere.

I dated his sister a very long time ago. It was a very unfortunate situation for everyone involved. Let's just leave it at that.

Coach O was Taggart's S&C coach. He had a bit of controversy at Oregon due to a bunch of players being hospitalized due to alleged over training. When Taggart was fired from FSU, Coach O was brought back to be USF WBB S&C coach. Could a transition back to FB be in the cards?

I'd take him back. His tenure was the only time our team wasn't getting pushed around in the last 10 years.
