So the guy that left KSU for ucf got a pay raise too?    ucf is paying strength coaches more than p5 schools?

I have a question. In the coaching job field is it an acceptable practice to leave a program for another right before a big event? In the case the strength conditioning and Spring football.  I would think this practice would burn bridges, but it seems to happen all the time in football. In the normal business world this would be a major bridge burning situation.

they shouldnt let him leave

if he is under contract i would make him stay

So we are only hiring coaches that have no contract currently?   Never firing coaches until their contract is out?

The sad part is that S&C is our biggest need across the board.

Of all of the coaches to lose at this point, this is by far the best one to lose. We have assistants that know what they are doing. We have coaches that can help as well. We need our players to get comfortable with the playbook and the coaching staff. They will make gains in the weight room regardless of who is the S&C coach.

I was trying to avoid going there, but yeah that's what it basically gets too.   Are we really that far behind oviedo cc?

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
