I was trying to avoid going there, but yeah that's what it basically gets too.   Are we really that far behind oviedo cc?

We're behind KState, who's behind them.

I feel good that the same guy that brought Carroll here will bring in another good S&C coach.

I think they should watch YouTube fitness videos and drive themselves insane with the varied opinions.

Of all of the coaches to lose at this point, this is by far the best one to lose. We have assistants that know what they are doing. We have coaches that can help as well. We need our players to get comfortable with the playbook and the coaching staff. They will make gains in the weight room regardless of who is the S&C coach.

A good  and great S&C are key to being a winning organization. They have to whip these boys who have been handed a lot in HS into men. They got to make them earn that muscle and feed the beast in their bellies. Hungry legs feed the wolf and we have not been hungry in forever.

He’s already familiar with the players so maybe a promotion for this guy?  He spent quite a bit of time with Chuckles and Pat Moorer so that makes me a little wary, but this late in the game it may be the best option.

Pat Moorer, the predecessor to the departing S&C coach is now with the Houston Texans. He didn't get results here, but is somehow good enough for the NFL?

Coach O was Taggart's S&C coach. He had a bit of controversy at Oregon due to a bunch of players being hospitalized due to alleged over training. When Taggart was fired from FSU, Coach O was brought back to be USF WBB S&C coach. Could a transition back to FB be in the cards?
