If things don't improve I may to kill a couple of birdies with one strike and get my baseball/Bulls fix this way:

The Durham Bulls announced today they have accepted their invitation to continue as the Triple-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays after signing Major League Baseball’s...

This may have been posted somewhere.

Are they letting "limited" fans in these games?  I'm assuming Yes, as I believe the YC is still allowing fans.

USF has always been in the camp of limited fans.

Surprised Collin Sullivan isn't at least the Sunday starter.  He's been the most consistent of any of the arms we have.  I hear Stuart has really increased his velo but the jury is still out on him.  I'll be there on Saturday for the DH and report back.  As for fans, it is Pass List only...meaning you need to be friends or family of players or staff to get in

Still interested to see where the offense is going to come from.   There are a lot of arms on that roster so there is depth for the 4 game weekend sets I suppose.   Lord is a transfer from Sante Fe CC, numbers weren't overly impressive.  Looking forward to seeing Jaziak as the Friday night guy and Stuart with the added Velo.    Sully wasn't as consistent last year, but he should see weekend starts with the 4 game sets.

Surprised by that as well. I thought he would at least get first crack at a weekend rotation spot, No one matches his experience and it's not like anyone is coming in with an dominant resume.

Thanks JoeB.  So it sounds like the average "Joe" (pun intended) will not be allowed in the games.

Thats kind of strange actually.  They could easily rope off sections where fans can't sit to socially distance.  They are doing that for the Basketball games which is more dangerous since its an indoor facility.  Weird!

That's too bad, I love the Rays.  But I also love going to a couple of outdoor baseball USF games.  The weather is so nice this time of year.

I heard once you add in all the family and friends, it pretty much puts us at the 20% of the stadium.  No berms will be open, so they can only monitor the seating area, so its limited.  Especially when they include Away friends and family (which hardly ever have big groups).  I was surprised too, especially when you consider we don't really sell that many Season Passes.  I'm one of the few for the last 10 years or so

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

Last I checked the scoreboard doesn't have a spot for current bank balance on it.
