No it’s not the losing that I take umbrage with it’s the fact that by playing them we lose.

Well this certainly is in line with your thinking on the AAC so once again, at least you're consistent ...

I am an elitist and I take no issue with the cast system simply because we are at current wrongly stationed in life. I long for the day when we return to our birthright and can properly subjugate  the G5.

How can I be more clear?  Everyone is selling themselves to some capacity and sometimes the availability of an offer is not worth the cost of actually accepting it. We have to value ourselves more than taking every offer that is available because it cheapens our brand (see the P5) and the actual cost of playing these games is more than they garner (in actual money besides the harm of stooping to the lowest levels of college football, the last time we tried doing that we hired KB). If something is all cost and provides zero benefit cost benefit analysis is pretty simple, if benefit = null delete the game.

Guess I should have clarified a bit more. Didn't get it because I didn't read the whole thing ...... like I just read your first sentence here. I need to be in a special mood to wade completely through your posts and just not feeling it today. My apologies ...

It’s okay, It’s an acquired taste and usually indicates a more refined pallet.

Kelly needs to make some moves. This is an easy fix -

- Replace Texas with App State, or Troy in week 1,

- Replace Bethune Cookman with Georgia St or Arky State week 2

- Replace Nevada with Kent State or South Alabama week 3

Problem solved! 😎

You’re hired!

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
