You can slash all of it except FB, MBB, WBB, WS,  and WT&F. Increase scholarships in T&F and we probably meet Title 9. I bet ECU does something similar to this.

Thanks, that sounds pretty horrible to me but I think some people think they may like it but I think the reality of it would be a stark contrast to their aspirations.
