Can't overreact to getting swept or sweeping early in the season, but there were some good sings in this series 

JD Dutka had six hits this weekend and nine over a five game hitting streak. 

Nick Gonzalez had three hits this weekend and four over the last four after having just one over the previous four. Hopefully trending up. 

Wasn't all good though, Still need more rom Buck, Hogan, and Sully. not sure Mitchell wouldn't better as a nine hole hitter but there may not be a better option in the leadoff spot. 

Pitching, as some have mentioned, was pretty stellar overall. 40 strikeouts to just 8 walks (four of which on sunday). The bull pen only allowed 3 free passes.

He should be a 9 hole hitter for now.  He was there Sat and Sun

We're hitting .193 as a team right now during the easy part of our schedule.

That prediction means we're getting swept at least 4 times in conference.  We were not good in conference last year and still mustered 8 wins.  We're winning more than 4 game in conference this year
