I agree with the policy, but i can see where it will be difficult due to these kids being young and easily influenced. I like this approach. Many students have a difficult time with "commitment." If we are building the family atmosphere, the students who just want to travel around and get free stuff are more into themselves. That being said, coaches should fully vet their offers. Don't just offer 500 scholarships if the coaching staff isn't "committed." Goes both ways... Thing is, it's not like he's rescinding offers if kids still want to visit elsewhere before committing. Probably just tells them that the offer will still stand as long as we have an opening.
