How does USF manage to year after year only have perhaps one serviceable Quaterback on the roster.? Cincy has a freshman starting his first game vs Memphis, and he doesn’t look like a liability.

Cincy QB wanted to go to Wisconsin so he fell back on Cincy.

Problem is that USF doesn’t know their identity on offense so I doubt the top QBs would help rn.
