Agreed! Think the next coaching staff needs to recognize and the AD who hires them needs to make that a requirement for the job

It's a USF thing not a coaching staff thing, year after year only having perhaps one serviceable Quarterback on the roster ... maybe it's part of the reach of the Burial Ground.
