Do you mean the recruits he hasn't developed or recruited in 3 years? Any decent OC comes in and sees the talent and realizes we are not capable of running passing pro-style offense. At this point, abandon the pass all together and go full option/wildcat. McCloud can't throw and the line can't hold to make time to pass.
