Can’t wait to see USF beat ECU next weekend to get back at 4-4 before the gauntlet part of the schedule happens.

We will win handily and Chuckles will proclaim how much we improved before the 4 game slide. We are looking at 4-8

At this point, I would be happy with a 2/2 split and Cure Bowl bid

Charlie has to go.  there is no reason to keep him.  Ticket sales will continue to fall.  We have had season tickets since day 1.  I missed one home game because i couldn't get off the day after Thanksgiving against Louisville.

We will not renew if Strong is still here next year.  $1000 for 2 season tickets and watching the team regress each week.  This coaching staff is pathetic and it all starts with CCS.

I wonder what the budget looks like for a new coach (and staff), while still paying Charlie's buyout? If the $$$ is as big a problem as some in here make it out to be, I can see a scenario where we finish 5-7, and Charlie gets another year.

This is my worst nightmare and yet the most probable scenario.

If Strong can’t make a bowl I wouldn’t worry too much about him being back next year.

Throw a guaranteed, long-term contract at a guy who wasn't a winner at his last stop, and this is what can happen. I'm not as down as everybody else though. It was obvious early on in the season that this offense was going to need time. They have made progress in some areas, and did beat a team with a pulse (BYU, who BTW knocked off Boise yesterday). Even against Navy, there were several opportunities to make a game out of it, just couldn't hit a few wide open guys, which could have entirely changed the game. Charlie (or Kerwin?) absolutely has to cut the crap and stop sticking a one armed JM out there. If he's still hurting vs. ECU, and they allow him to miss wide open WRs all day on the way to another loss, I'll have run out of ways to defend Charlie and his staff.

If Chuckles makes it to the 2020 season we can leave him in Austin where we found him. I wonder if Texas has some sort of return policy?
