Or I could see making a case for just doing before the 4th quarter. If you could get all 48k doing it and then halfway through....scratch out the record and play the Bulls fight song.

That's a great idea.  Just play the first 30 seconds of jump around to get the Wisky fans and team into it and then have a loud scratch going into the USF fight song.
