I think his recruiting classes are good and build from the inside out and he deserves the time to see plan out. But the biggest reason is continuity.

I also don't know that there is a better option out there especially if we fire a guy for having two winning seasons and not doing something that has never bee done. It's not a good look for quality suiters. So me, firing him does more damage than anything.

At a bare minimum we need a new OC and should move King back to QB coach... maybe OC... can't be any worse than dilbert...

I’ll pass on petrino. If strong leaves we need to go the young proven oc route like Cincy and Orlando have done

I am totally with you. But I do want a new offense of coordinator and a special teams coordinator. If CCS is not prepared to do that then a change is needed.
