Missed Call On 1st and Goal

I cannot believe the refs and the coaching staff missed it, but on the 1st and goal run by BB that was initially called a TD, there was a penalty on UMASS. Obviously, it was initially declined, but, once the TD was overturned, we should have been able to accept it, setting up 1st and goal from the .5 yard line. Instead, they reset the ball at the 1 and made it second and goal. 

CCS and company should have been all over that.

Yeah this is discussed in another thread. Everyone missed it except those USF fans in the stands.

The radio broadcast was all over it and adamant that it should have been 1st and goal.

I was watching in my living room and losing my mind. I told my father that we were going to have to settle for a FG because of it.

I noticed it as well, asked a few people but we were all buzzed and just assumed we missed a down somewhere
