CCS has a personality... it's like the stern stepfather. Hard to translate that to the field.

Line the Defense and Offense up in two lines facing one another. Have the Offense do and about face and bend over. Make the Defense give a mighty tug to pull the Offenses heads out of their asses. Everyone then do an about face and repeat!!!!!!
