Well here is a link to the end result. We have a few tweaks to do but it ran well for the first game.

The TV is actually on a swing arm so it stows away easy for transport.

Thanks everyone. We finished the wiring last night so the TV is hooked up to a sound bar and subwoofer. The speakers will mostly be used for music.

I've been planning on building one as well, with the intent on having it done for next season. I'd like to have a concession window with an awning on the side, but i'm just not sure how difficult it would be to install or if I should just purchase the trailer with one already.

Did you do any research on that by any chance?

I looked into it. I decided against it because the parking lots don't offer a lot of room on the side of cars so I decided to utilize the back of the trailer instead.
